1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phjoly," "we," "us," "our" refers to the phjoly platform and its operators, operating as an online gaming service accessible at phjoly.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on phjoly or accesses the phjoly platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on phjoly, used to access real-money gaming services.
• "Platform" refers to the phjoly website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming products, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, bingo, and poker sections.
• "Real-Money Gaming" refers to any gaming activity on phjoly that involves the wagering of funds deposited into a Player's phjoly Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's Account by phjoly under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Applicable Laws" refers to all relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming, data privacy, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection, including but not limited to applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body for gaming in the Philippines.
• "GCash," "PayMaya," "BPI," "BDO," "Metrobank," "InstaPay" refer to Philippine payment service providers whose methods are accepted by phjoly for deposits and withdrawals.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to phjoly's real-money gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. phjoly enforces this requirement through mandatory age and identity verification during the registration process. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds held pending review, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. phjoly's services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phjoly's services is legal in their jurisdiction. phjoly does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may register only one Account on phjoly. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related Accounts, with all associated balances and winnings forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. phjoly reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

2.5 Self-Exclusion Check. By registering on phjoly, you confirm that you have not previously self-excluded from phjoly or any affiliated gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force. Players who are subject to a valid self-exclusion order are prohibited from registering and playing on phjoly.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoly Login credentials — your registered mobile number or email address and your chosen password. phjoly will never ask you to share your password with any phjoly representative or through any communication channel. If you suspect that your phjoly Account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify phjoly's support team via live chat.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. phjoly is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, your failure to log out from shared devices, or your disclosure of your password to any third party. You are responsible for all transactions made through your Account, whether or not you authorized them, until such time as you notify phjoly of unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Verification. phjoly operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in line with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. Full account verification — including identity document submission and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership — must be completed before withdrawals are processed. phjoly may at any time request additional documentation to maintain compliance with Applicable Laws.

3.4 Account Activity. Players are expected to use their phjoly Account for personal entertainment only. Accounts must not be used for commercial purposes, arbitrage betting operations, or any activity that phjoly determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair and recreational gaming.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjoly accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phjoly does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the phjoly Cashier page and may vary by payment method. phjoly reserves the right to update transaction limits at any time, with any changes reflected on the Cashier page.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your phjoly Account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the originating institution and time of submission. phjoly is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically completed same-day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. phjoly reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be returned to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same Account, in line with standard anti-money laundering controls. In some cases, phjoly may require a player to wager their deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal is approved, even in the absence of a bonus.

4.6 Currency. All Account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on phjoly are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phjoly does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required before depositing to phjoly is the sole responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. phjoly offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and bingo-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. phjoly bonuses are available to eligible players only. phjoly reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, and to exclude specific players or player segments from any promotion without prior notice. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Only one promotional offer may be active on a phjoly Account at any one time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud. Players who attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will have their bonuses cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their Accounts suspended or permanently closed.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. phjoly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change, except in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Availability. phjoly's game library — including slots, live dealer games, the PBA and NBA sportsbook, bingo rooms, poker tables, and the Pearls of Bingo product — is provided for entertainment purposes. Game availability may vary based on your location within the Philippines, technical maintenance schedules, or provider updates. phjoly does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All slot and virtual casino games on phjoly use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Results from RNG-based games are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by previous outcomes, player history, or any external factor.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on phjoly are conducted by trained dealers in a monitored studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by physical means — card shuffles, roulette wheel spins, and dice rolls — captured on video. phjoly does not manipulate or interfere with live dealer game outcomes. Disconnection during a live game hand or round does not void the bet; the result stands as determined by the game outcome at the time of play.

6.4 Sports Betting. phjoly's sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting on PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other markets. Odds are set by phjoly's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be settled at the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed. phjoly reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a pricing error is identified.

6.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game interruption that affects the integrity of a game round or betting event, phjoly reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. No additional compensation is payable in malfunction scenarios. The decision of phjoly's technical team is final in all malfunction cases.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phjoly. Violation of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances and winnings, without prejudice to any other remedies available to phjoly under Applicable Laws:

• Registering or accessing phjoly if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account on phjoly under any identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using phjoly's platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any software that artificially interacts with phjoly's platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent phjoly's security systems, game logic, or platform infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit phjoly's sportsbook odds for guaranteed profit with minimal risk, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phjoly staff, live dealer hosts, or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing phjoly from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phjoly Account, including sharing login credentials or acting as a proxy player on behalf of another person.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 phjoly Content. All content on the phjoly platform — including but not limited to the phjoly brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, data, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of phjoly or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any ownership rights over phjoly's intellectual property.

8.2 Restricted Use. Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of phjoly's platform or content without express written permission from phjoly. This restriction applies equally to game content licensed from third-party providers on the phjoly platform.

8.3 Player Content. Where phjoly allows Players to submit content — such as feedback, reviews, or support communications — Players grant phjoly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for legitimate business and operational purposes.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. phjoly is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. phjoly's Responsible Gaming framework is integrated into every Account and includes a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

9.2 Available Tools. The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all phjoly Account holders at no cost, accessible via Account Settings after phjoly Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon configuration. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders that alert you at regular intervals during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 months — during which phjoly Login access is suspended for real-money gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all phjoly services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.

9.3 Age Restriction. phjoly enforces the 21+ age restriction strictly. Any Account discovered to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. All funds on the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings, which will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. phjoly provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phjoly makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

10.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, phjoly shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the phjoly platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — even if phjoly has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where phjoly is found liable to a Player for direct losses caused by phjoly's proven negligence or breach of these Terms, phjoly's maximum aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phjoly Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. phjoly shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond phjoly's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

11. Termination

11.1 By phjoly. phjoly reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where phjoly determines that a Player has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required by Applicable Laws or regulatory direction. Upon closure for cause, phjoly may forfeit the Account balance and any associated bonus funds or winnings without liability to the Player.

11.2 By the Player. Players may request the closure of their phjoly Account at any time by contacting phjoly's support team via live chat. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal request is pending. Account closure is not effective until confirmed by phjoly in writing.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by phjoly or the Player — these Terms continue to apply to any matters arising prior to the date of closure, including pending withdrawal requests, outstanding bonus wagering obligations, and any disputes filed before or within a reasonable time after closure.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first contact phjoly's support team and allow phjoly a reasonable opportunity — no less than thirty (30) calendar days — to resolve the dispute informally. phjoly will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and will work in good faith toward a resolution.

12.3 Final Decisions. With respect to game outcomes, bonus settlement, and technical malfunction determinations, the decision of phjoly's technical and compliance team shall be final and binding, subject only to appeal through the formal dispute resolution process described above.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. phjoly reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

13.2 Notification. For material changes to these Terms — changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — phjoly will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or via an in-platform notification upon your next phjoly Login. Continued use of the phjoly platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 Historical Versions. Players may request a copy of a prior version of these Terms by contacting phjoly's support team. Prior versions are retained for reference purposes and regulatory compliance.
